Fix MCP.tc discovery compatibility and verify listing

MCP.tc checker first observed HTTP 500 during runtime module loading. After the dependency compatibility fix restored responses, its checker identified missing serverInfo in server/discover. Add consistent identity metadata to modern and initialize responses, run regression/build/live checks, deploy, and resubmit to MCP.tc. Next: verify the deployed checker result and directory status.
